Who it was for: AECOM High Performance Building Engineering team
Objective: Highlight the innovative but often overlooked technical work performed by this team and “make them cool.”
Concept: A virtual project tour of NASA’s Sustainability Base, a LEED Platinum certified office building at the agency’s Ames Research Center and one of the most sustainable on earth. Use clickable buttons to highlight features in the categories of “comfort,” “resources,” and “technology.” Use colorful phrases like “raise the roof” (in reference to rooftop solar panels) to engage the user.
What I did: Ideated, wrote, and produced this piece in collaboration with the project team, a graphic designer, and a web developer.
